• Samples: Refers to products provided for evaluation purposes, which are not intended for resale.

3. Payment Terms

• All payments must be made in full prior to the dispatch of goods or samples.
• Once payment is made for samples, it is non-refundable under any circumstances. The Customer acknowledges that this payment is for evaluation purposes only and does not guarantee future purchases.

4. Import/Export Procedures

• The Customer must ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding imports and exports in India.
• The Customer is responsible for obtaining necessary licenses, permits, or approvals required by law.

5. Delivery Terms

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on shipping conditions, customs clearance, and other unforeseen circumstances.
• The Company shall not be liable for any delays in delivery caused by third parties.

6. Customs Duties and Taxes

• The Customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees associated with the import/export of goods.
• The Company will provide necessary documentation to assist in customs clearance but will not bear any costs incurred.

7. Liability Limitations

• The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
• In no event shall the Company’s liability exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the goods or services in question.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in INDIA.

9. Amendments

• The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
