Shell Egg Equivalent 1kg of powder is equivalent of 250 shell eggs Lipids – Traces Protein – Around 82% Ash( minerals) – Around 5% pH – 6.0 – 8.5 Carbohydrates – Around 4% Moisture – 8% Maximum
